For anyone else, wondering about this, I've received a reply from support.
It's configurable in Priority setting of your task.

    Hello,
I have a task in Automate that has a scheduled trigger for every 5 minutes. However, sometimes the task takes a little longer than 5 minutes to complete. I've noticed that the task is triggered to start, even when the previous one is still running. This way there are two instances of the script running at the same time. Is there a way to disable the task from starting when it's still running, so that it only starts when the previous instance is finished?
