Answering Alerts via SMS
Hi Folks,
We have recently moved off a dedicated modem for SMS alerts to SMS gateway. My Apps support team are advising they can no longer respond to SMS. Can anyone advise if this is still possible and how do we set this up? Or is it the SMS gateway service that needs to enable this? I see that in the sys admin sms alerts I receive, on my mobile, it says 'sender doesn't support replies'.
