Ending up using the AutoMate http action as site required NTLM authentication
 

Having the same issue.  Browser Automation is not saving the profile info.

I see Patch is included in current release 11.6.0.70

Hi Debi,&nbsp; I had similar issue with AutoMate 11 using SharePoint Online<br> <br> <strong>*** The below is my own personal knowledge and sharing in case others are having similar issue. Use steps/advise at your own risk ***&nbsp;</strong><br> <br> Even if you download and install 11.6 it will not resolve this issue.&nbsp; &nbsp;It requires this patch.<br> <br> I worked with HelpSystems support.
