John,
I've done a bit more research on this. You will need to be in AML mode in order to use the "Replace" function.
In the Ribbon across the top, select "AML". You should now be able to access the "Replace" function.

What version of Automate are you using?
This can found in the Task Administrator by clicking the three dots next to the "New Folder" entry, then Help -> About.
This will help us get you the right information.

There isn't currently a way to accomplish this. However, this has been submitted as a feature request. The request ID is: AM-15678.
We currently the ability to print the Calendar or the Reports but this only provide some of the data you are looking for.
