  1. Consolidated WebDocs Windows and WebDocs iSeries ribbon tabs into one WebDocs ribbon tab.
  2. Consolidated WebDocs Windows and WebDocs iSeries settings screens into one WebDocs settings screen.
  3. Updated to use WebDocs Client Proxy instead of each WebDocs API separately.
  4. Removed the WebDocs iSeries and WebDocs Windows tabs along with any groups and tools they contained. These are now replaced with the WebDocs tab.
  5. Fixed issue where CTRL + Enter was required to enter a new line of text into Text or Callout annotations. Enter key alone will enter a new line.
  6. Fixed issue with the Update Index Keys button not being disabled when the user doesn't have update authority on WebDocs documents.

  1. Fixed issue with checking document into WebDocs. If a document is changed and then an attempt to check into WebDocs is made but fails, a subsequent check-in would check-in the document without the document changes made. Example of issue: User opens a document with 3 pages and delete a page. Attempts to check the new 2 page document in but it fails. The User fixes the problem and checks the document in again but the checked in document ends up being 3 pages instead of 2.
  2. Fixed issue with Unexpected Error being displayed after trying to open a secure PDF file.
  3. Fixed error message misspelling.
  4. Fixed issue with exception message appearing when exiting the application and the Toolbarlayout.xml file is not able to be saved because the user doesn't have authority to the file.
  5. Fixed issue with the Toolbarlayout.xml file only having Administrator authority when created. This caused basic users errors because they didn't have authority to write to the file when the application closes.

Documents that already have these annotations created from before V4.2.2 will be set to a default font size of 12 until the font size is changed. Then we will keep track of the font size.
