After a document is moved, the DOCS00 path never gets updated. Because we have version control in the software, all paths and version records are stored in DOCVER00. The paths in DOCVER00 get updated during the DOCMOVLOC.
FYI: The reason DOCS00 has file paths in it is because the original version of WebDocs in 2002 had no version control.
