Email address does not display in messages from WebDocs email (DOCSEND)

 

 

You are using QMail, and when you send a email from WebDocs email (DOCSEND), the email address does not display in messages.

 

 

 

This occurs when the email server cannot read the standard linefeed (LF) characters that the WebDocs DOCSEND command sends after each line of data. To stop the message corruption, configure the email settings to send a CR/LF (Carriage Return/Linefeed) at the end of each message line:
