Restoring a Report from Archive

 

Using the green screen display in Robot Reports:

1. Enter the command REPDSP in the library RBTREPLIB to display the reports.

2. Enter option 2 next to the report to display a list of archived versions of that report.

3. Enter option 4 next to the version to restore and press enter.

4. Press F14 to restore the report.

Using the GUI:

1. Right-click the report to display its options menu.

2. Select Archived Report Versions.

3. Select the version to restore and choose Archive Status from the options menu.

4. Click the Restore button when the Report Archive Status Information panel displays.
