Checking if a Library is Locked
To check whether a library is locked, use the
WRKOBJLCK
command.
For example: To check if the RJSERS library is locked and display a list of the locks, use:
WRKOBJLCK OBJ(QSYS/RJSERS) OBJTYPE(*LIB)
