There is a configuration problem with the TN terminal emulator. Please contact Network Automation Technical Support for assistance.
CAUSE
The TN terminal emulation (TN3270, TN5250) components of the "Connect Terminal" action require an annual license update in order to maintain functionality. (file updated - expires 03/31/2015)
RESOLUTION
As of 03/31/2015, the update is no longer available. The terminal action has been updated to no longer require update. Please update to the latest version of Automate.
Please copy the contents of the file into one of the following locations based on the application installed and overwrite the existing file.
AM6:
32bit OS: C:\Program Files\Automate 6
64bit OS: C:\Program Files (x86)\Automate 6
AM7 & BPA7:
32bit OS: C:\Windows\System32
64bit OS: C:\Windows\SysWOW64
AM8 & BPA8:
32bit OS: C:\Windows\System32
64bit OS: C:\Windows\SysWOW64
AM9 & BPA9:
32bit OS: C:\Windows\System32
64bit OS: C:\Windows\SysWOW64
AM10 & BPA10:
Not affected.
