Problem:
With Domino Report Server/400, you get the error:
HTDatabaseOpen returned error code 2,147,484,163. (2147484163)
Solution:
Domino Report Server/400 does not have authority to the Domino database. Set the Notes ACL (Access Control List) security for the selected database.
