Problem:
I switched from MAPI email system (GroupWise) to SMTP and now they are getting error related to bad email address.
Solution:
The user had configured the Email Report Server to use the descritve names shown inthe Groupwise address book. SMTP does not reference the Groupwise address book.
Resolution: The user needs to change the email addresses in the Email Report Server table to actual internet-style email addresses.
