Problem:

When trying to scan and check in a new document with Imaging Scan WorkstationUser, you get Error 22029.

Solution:

  1. Make sure the /RJSTEMP IFS folder exists. If it does not, log into a 5250 session and run the DOCTEMP CL command from the RJS IMAGE library:

    For example: RJSIMAGE/DOCTEMP

  2. Then make sure that the *PUBLIC user has all access authority to the /RJSTEMP folder. Use the WRKLNK command to view the /RJSTEMP folder authority:

    WRKLNK OBJ('/RJSTEMP')

  3. Choose option 9 to view the folder authorities:
                       Work with Authority
