Problem:

User gets a 22020 error when retrieving document index info after upgrading their OS/400 release.

When logging into FTP via the DOS command prompt. it takes about 20 seconds to receive the user ID prompt.

Note: This article references deprecated functionality. Please use the .NET API instead of FTP on current versions of Imaging Scan Workstation.

From the AS/400 command line, type: GO CFGTCP
Select option 12 - Change TCP/IP domain information.
If the host name search priority parameter is *REMOTE, change to *LOCAL and press Enter to save.
