Prerequisite: Email Report Server/400 version 2.04 or above. The Enterprise Fax code is in the Email Report Server/400 library.

Use the following syntax for the FAXTO keyword:

FAXTO:;;;;;~

Note:

The From Email Address parameter is available in version 2.52 and above. This optional parameter is the From email address for the fax sender. If blank, the From email address is the default email address for the iSeries user in the fax address book. If there is no entry for the user in the fax address book, the From email address is the address in the FROMADDR data area.
The Message Text parameter in available in version 2.53 and above. This optional parameter is a message text line for the cover page.

For example:

Including a From email address and message text:
FAXTO:999-999-9999;Joe Jones;RJS Software;888-888-8888;user@rjssoft.com;This is a test message line~
Without a From email address and message text:
FAXTO:999-999-9999;Joe Jones;RJS Software;888-888-8888~

To embed the FAXTO keyword in a report:

Print the FAXTO keyword line within the first 150 lines of a report and the fax report.
In the Email Report Server/400 main menu, choose 3. Edit Output Queue List.
For the reports embedded with the FAXTO keyword, in Addresses in Report, choose Y.

Use the OVRPRTF command to embed the FAXTO keyword line in the user defined data of a report.

For example:

OVRPRTF FILE(QSYSPRT) USRDFNDTA('FAXTO:999-999-9999;Joe Jones;RJS Software;888-888-8888;user@rjssoft.com;This is a test message line')
