The temporary files that Email Report Server/400 creates in the /RJSTEMP IFS folder are not deleted properly after the emails are sent.

This security issue is a bug in V5R3. RJS Software has developed a workaround that allows Email Report Server/400 to use the CHGAUT command to automatically change security settings of any work file in /RJSTEMP. Then MAILSPLF, MAILOUTQ, and ERSMON can properly delete any work files in /RJSTEMP during processing.
To use this workaround:
  1. Make sure you have Email Report Server/400 version 2.34 or above.
  2. Change the following data area:

Email Report Server/400 can now delete the temporary files in /RJSTEMP.
