Problem:
Domino Report Server/400 receives the following error:

The Domino Report Server/400 API call receives this error:
18437- NTSERR: Error opening database AS400RPT.NSF
Solution:
In the address book (NAMES.NSF), the setting Server Access > Only Allow Server Access to users listed in this directory is set to YES, but the server user ID does not have specific authorization in Access Server.
To resolve this issue, either:
- Add the server user ID to Access Server.
-or-
- In the address book (NAMES.NSF), set Server Access > Only Allow Server Access to users listed in this directory to NO.
