Problem:
User's file was being downloaded and converted but not moved to the After Processing Output Queue. INFO message in the logfile was as follows:

The "After Processing Option" was set to move the converted spool file to a target output queue.
Solution:
The "Move to Output Queue" field was filled in correctly but the "Library" field was incorrect. Pointed the after-processing to the correct library and the product worked.
