Problem:
When trying to send an email, you get the error:

CreateNewMessage Error 32002 Unspecified Failure has occurred.
Solution:
This error occurs when you try to send an email with iSeries Office Integrator while duplicate copies of iSeries Office Integrator are running. Close all but one copy of iSeries Office Integrator.
