While exact search is not explicitly available in the current versions of WebDocs iSeries, it is possible - ever since DOCSRCHSUF was added.
The DOCSRCHSUF data area defaults with a value of '%'. This is appended to your search query for a default behavior of 'starts with'. Blank it out to use exact match searching. This is a global change, so use with caution.
