When you try to send an email with WinSpool/400 Email Report Server with the Use Lotus Notes OLE Email API enabled, you get the error:
7067 'Couldn't attach file'


The most likely solution is that your email database has exceeded the disk quota set by the Lotus Notes Administrator. Either clean up the database or change or remove the disk quota. 
Other possible solutions:
  1. Switch to a different Lotus Notes User ID file when logging in to the Lotus Notes client and then change the Location Settings to point to the new user ID file's mail file.
  2. Enable Use SMTP API for WinSpool/400 Email Report Server and eliminate the need to use the Lotus Notes client entirely.
