This is achieved by creating a group first. Select the option from the context menu and then specify the group as a Text Group, provide a Description and a Short Description. Then click OK.
You have now created the group and need to populate it with the required elements. On the next screen, select Additional Data for this system.
Now, add entries from the Available Items list or click Add to create some.
If creating, enter the subsystem first and then you can prompt for the specific jobs that you need to monitor, using the multiple entry feature.
Select the required entries, then click OK.
This example shows specific QSM jobs to be monitored:
Then select OK.
The newly created group now contains the detailed status of the MSM jobs and can be closed , as the top level group will display the status.

The History Summary can then be used to graphically show the history of the job’s status during the required period, note the status key at the bottom of the screen.
