Installing an ODBC Driver

 

In order to use Performance Navigator, an installed ODBC driver is required.

Steps

1. Visit https://www.ibm.com/resources/mrs/assets?source=swg-ia and log in.

2. Download ACS Windows App Pkg English (64bit).

3. Unzip, go into Image64a and run setup.exe.

Note: If an ODBC driver is not installed when connecting to the IBM i,  the error "Data source name not found and no default driver specified" may display.
