Problem:
When you run the Domino Report Server/400 output queue monitor, NTSMON, in batch, you get an error:
Not Authorized to Spool File
Solution:
The user does not have authority to copy spool files with CPYSPLF. To grant them authority, set either the QNOTES iSeries user profile or the iSeries user ID running the NTSMON command to have *SPLCTL special authority.
