Problem:

You cannot open PDF files generated with IBM Infoprint Server and RJS Infoprint Integrator using Adobe Acrobat 6.0.

Acrobat 5.0 still works fine.

Solution:

You need to load the following IBM PTFs on the iSeries. You can order iSeries PTFs directly from IBM:

For OS/400 V5R1 - Product 5722IP1, the PTF is SI09075.
For OS/400 V5R2 - Product 5722IP1, the PTF is SI10145.

Note: Adobe Acrobat 6.0 is not backwards compatible with PDFs created by Infoprint.
