If your pooled Intermapper Remote Access does not work on Microsoft Windows, do the following.

CAUTION: the following steps involve deleting the Registry. Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious, system-wide problems that might require you to reinstall Microsoft Windows to correct them. Use this tool at your own risk.

  1. From the Microsoft Windows Intermapper Remote Access client, open the Registry Editor and click Computer.

  2. Click Edit > Find.
  3. From the Find what text box, type imremote.

  4. Delete the following highlighted files:

  5. Click Edit > Find Next.
  6. Delete any file that has imremote in the Name column.

  7. Continue clicking Edit > Find next until there are not anymore files with the imremote in the Name column.
    Ignore files with imremote in the data column. For example,

  8. After there are no more files with imremote in the Name column, run the Intermapper Remote Access client.
