The ITADTICFG command is located in the sub-directory containing the executables for the DetectIT Intruder Alert interface. Namely:

Sun Solaris

[Intruder Alert directory]/bin/solaris-sparc-as400

AIX

[Intruder Alert directory]/bin/aix-rs6k-as400
