For reporting purposes, there are two main modules. The first is the History Summary module, which shows summarized information. The second is the Detailed History module, which shows actual information. The former is used for management and service-level reporting; the latter is typically used to diagnose and resolve problems. Both allow you to drill-down to job level information.
