If a central system fails, the remote systems set up in Robot Monitor will continue to monitor themselves via a MON.LOCAL job. The MON.LOCAL job runs on the monitored system if the system is registered and Monitor After Error is selected in the System Data screen (see Robot Monitor IBM i User Guide for more information).
After the central system is working again, the remote systems will automatically synchronize with the central system.
