Changing the Robot Reports Output Default from HOLD

 

In Robot Reports, HOLD is the default value on the Report Print File Overrides panel.

To change this value for all recipients of a report, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Maintain Report Sets panel.

2. Find the Opt field next to the report set.

3. Press F4. An options menu displays.

4. Select Advanced Options. The advanced options menu displays.

5. Select option 11, Print File Overrides. The Report Print File Overrides panel displays.

6. Change the Hold Spool File field from blank or Y to N and press Enter.
