Trying to access the Skybot Scheduler and it says loading.

1.  Is Skybot Services running?

Skybot Scheduler Server and SkybotDatabaseServer - PostgresSQL Server.  Error when trying to start the service; Error 1069:  The service did not start due to a logon failure.

In the Event Viewer under the System log was the following error:  The SkybotSchedulerServer service was unable to log on as ./Skybot with the currently configured password due to the following error:  Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.

If you do not know the password, reset the password by going to:

Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Computer Management > Local Users and Groups > Users

right click on Skybot and select Set Password.

Once the password is set you will need to enter the password in the Services logon.

Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services.  You will need to enter the password in two Services, Skybot Scheduler Server and SkybotDatabaseServer.  Right click on the Service and select Properties > Log On > This account.  Browse for the account and then enter the password.

OR

Use the local system account and then there is no need to know the password.

Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services.  Use the Local System account in the two Services, Skybot Scheduler Server and SkybotDatabaseServer.  Right click on the Service and select Properties > Log On > Local System account.
