Kicking off an Agent Update from the Skybot GUI will result in any running
Transponder on the agent to be ended and not restarted when the agent restarts.

If the Skybot transponder app is required to be running on the agent the user will
have to log on to the agent and start it after the update.

The Transponder use to auto-restart, but this was changed because there is no
way to know which profile the customer originally was running transponder on.
To prevent accidentally running the transponder on the wrong profile, the
auto-restart was disabled.
