Output Distribution History, where is the output stored for the Copy to Server?

The output is stored on the server where the Skybot Scheduler is installed.  Example:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Skybot\Skybot Scheduler\output\attachments\2011\06\07\1126\73027\1008\log.csv

Explanation of directories:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Skybot\Skybot Scheduler\output\attachments\year\month\day\job_number\job_run_number\filter_id\log.csv

We are copying it to the scheduler server, we are not removing it from the agent.

Can I setup an FTP to move these to a network drive?

Sure.  You can use the built in FTP function, and point it to that path.  You would just need to use variables to make sure you are reaching the right path.
