Output Distribution, when I click an Email distribution type and dowload the file, I get an err

Output Distribution, when I click an Email distribution type and dowload the file, I get the error:  Cannot display file.  File cannot be found.

In order to download a file with a Distribution type of Email the output also had to be setup to Copy To Server in the Output Distribution.  If not the file was not kept on the Skybot Scheduler Server, just the record that the file was sent via email.
