System crash brought down the system. Agent shows failed on the agents screen, but when you go try and start the agent (start.sh) it says it's already running, but getstatus.sh shows it is not, and a ps -ef against the user (skybot default) does not show any processing running.
look in /opt/skybot/agent and see if these two files exists:
agent.xml.passphrase
agent.xml.pid
These should not exist if the agent is down. Remove these two files then you can restart the agent.
