Where is the Webdocs Route Reject function?

We are just starting to get setup with Webdocs for Windows.

One thing I see in the manual is that users can reject documents from a route.

I don't see where the user would select a document to be rejected from their inbox.

Am I missing something in the WebDocs Route Designer? Or is it a user permission?

 Hello James,

The terminology in the manual might be a bit inconsistent / vague. 

Each route has two optional settings "Allow user to return a document" and "Clear from route after return". 

• Allow user to return a document will send the document back to the previous step. 
• Clear from route after return will remove the document from the route.
