Has anyone else experienced this error condition? The process is copying a spooled file to the IFS, in preparation for emailing to a set of email addresses. (Note that this process is run by Robot.)
The error is occurring in program ERS008C in RSJSERS library.
The next message in the job log is
"CPYERR: Errors occurred while copying report to file /RJSTEMP/(longfilenamehere).PDF"
This process runs every morning at 3 am, but only fails on Sunday mornings. Fortra Support suggests that we have another process running that is locking the source file. I'm thinking it might be MIMIX or journaling or system backup.
