License file not found

Hi

I am getting the following Powertech error when i run avupdate on fresh rpm install of the endpoint antivirus agent 

"...

# ./avupdate
defaulting to avget client for file transfers
License error -1, license file not found or not readable, call Powertech
License error -1, license file not found or not readable, call Powertech

.

...."

The chosen platform is AIX v7.1 on Power. Another server endpoint running RHEL will also be required. Our objective is to have an POC environment with one Windows server running Insite Control manager and two endpoints.

Please help!

Did you receive a license file from us already? If so, did you install it as described here:

https://static.helpsystems.com/insite/3_2/help/ptav/content/installation.htm 

under "Licensing"?

If not, let me know and I will ask Rohit to get a license key authorized for you.
