failed to transfer datinfo, check source/path

Good day

My DAT files are not updating from the Insite portal or from the endpoints.  I run the following command on the endpoint:

/opt/sgav/avupdate --avget --ptavrepo http://xxx:8023

I'm not sure what is causing the error; any help would be appreciated.

The error on the Insite Portal is:  exit status 1
