How does this Forum Work???

When I click on the Forum...the only option I get it to create a new thread...how do I view the threads that are already here?

I'm sorry I must be missing something obvious, but this isn't like any other forum I've used???

Our forums are new for customers, so some of our products do not have activity yet. There are no other threads to view.
