Q. I have checked the option to 'Ignore Real Memory' in the Host Resources probe; however, I see this message in the status window and the server is in alarm:

  • Real Memory usage exceeds 90%

A.The "real memory usage exceeds 90%" is actually referring to the UCD-SNMP-MIB memory information. We do not yet have an option to ignore the UCD-SNMP-MIB memory.

For now, you can adjust the "Memory Usage Alarm" and "Memory Usage Warning" values in the Set Probe window to be very high to make less likely that they will be caused.
