Good Morning, unfortunately we do not have a QNap probe. You are correct, all InterMapper does is with Traps is we log them, you will need to create a SNMP Trap Probe listening for them. That trap probe can be created to notify if specific events are received.Link below is our developers guide that can provide some insight on Trap probe creation.
