Icons on map are gray with a ? next to them

Q. I imported a map and all the icons are gray and display a ? next to them.

A. Icons will be gray and have a ? icon if they are not being polled. There are three cases where this can happen:

1) When a map first opens (because InterMapper hasn't polled the device yet).

2) The device's polling interval is set to non-polling. Choose Set Info -> Set Poll Interval to change it.

3) If all the icons on a map are gray, check the map's Poll Interval at the lower left corner.
