Q. I deleted a network oval, and then recreated it, but cannot get the devices to attach to the oval. The devices are being probed with an SNMP probe, and if I insert them into a new map, the network is created and the devices attach themselves to the network. However, if I add the devices to the existing map as new devices, they still do not attach to the network.
A. There is a hidden network with the same subnet range on your map, and the links are connected to that network. Open the interfaces window on the original map for one of the devices that isn't showing any interfaces and click the checkboxes.This should cause the hidden subnet oval to appear.
