Q. I created a graph for interface utilization and the interface speeds were incorrect. How can I clear the historical data for this graph to make it useful? I already tried deleting the graph and re-creating it but it retains the previous information.
A. Here are the steps:
1. Double-click on the chart window to bring up the Chart Options window. (This should put the map in Edit mode automatically.)
2. Click on the "Data" tab in the Chart Options window.
3. Select the dataset in the chart that you want to clear and click "Delete...". You will be given the option of specifying the minimum date and time to keep. Anything before that will be deleted.
