Q. I want to use an InterMapper RemoteAccess license pool license in order to connect to the server. I applied the license pool license on the server, but each time I connect, the client is still using the old IMRA license key. I have uninstalled by dragging IMRA to the trash and reinstalled but it still retains the original license key.
A. After dragging the InterMapper RemoteAccess application to the trash, you should also remove the file at:
/Library/Preferences/com.apple.java.util.prefs.plist
