Q.What is the 'netsaw_knowngood.conf' file used for?
A. If a certain configuration fails, then the ns2flows service will try to restart from a "known good" configuration, which is stored in a file named 'netsaw_knowngood.conf'. In case of startup failure, a note is
made in the log file (netsaw2.log), and the known good configuration is copied into the 'netsaw.conf' file. This overwrites the failed configuration.
When you are changing configurations manually by editing the 'netsaw.conf' file, it is a good idea to repeatedly make copies to the 'netsaw_knowngood.conf' file, to save a good working configuration.
