Managed Server software fails to install on remote server despite Administrator access

Product - Halcyon Network Server Suite

Remotely installing Managed Server software from CCM console to monitor Windows server 2008 with highest administrator access gives error " Error Opening Service Control Manager [Access is Denied]" Yes the message shows that "access denied" but again, I'm using Administrator access.

If I have to manually install the Managed Server Software, where do I find setup files?

Hi Shanil, The setup program is stored here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Halcyon\Central Configuration Manager\Console\Setup

and is called:

NSSMngSetup.exe

Transfer that to the target endpoint desktop and run it from there. 

You can delete it after installation.
