When using the Escalation process to send a TEXT message, it appears there is a message length restriction.
I can only get 25 character to text to my cell phone.
I would like to send more characters. Is this documented how I can do this?
Below is what I tried to send, but here is what I get.
This was sent: This is a long TEXT to Jim Cell Phone
This was received: DM: This is a long TEXT /
