Datastore Migration Utility missing in Automate Enterprise 11.1.20?

Just installed Automate Enterprise 11.1.20 (x64) to test upgrading from our existing 10.7 installation, but I can't seem to find the Datastore Migration utility. According to the documentation, it should be in the installation directory, but it isn't there.

Has it been changed to a separate installation, or am I missing something?

Can you elaborate on your setup? Were all components installed for version 11? 

No, only the server components were installed, agent and dev tools on separate machines. It wasn't present on the machine with only the dev tools installed either.

I ran the installer again now on the server, selecting agent and dev tools as well, and that added the Datastore migration utility. Seems a bit strange, but at least it's present now.
